Nilah E change actually took away skill expression at higher levels. You can no longer buffer it to negate displacement abilities like Rocket Jump.

The mordekaiser nerfs havent effected the characters performance much at all. He just gets 10% less isolation damage on his Q. Hes still the same perma poking ungankable broken duelist that can 1v1 anyone even when behind that he was before. Should stay in S tier

mord is absurdly unbalance even if your an item ahead in a melee match up its ridiculous, its only in mid to late game he gets punish, he is a perma laning phase win, i think nerf his passive and W would balance him

Morde can be easily countered by a lot of Champs during lane phase. Bruisers with better 1v1, Champs that can maintain their distance, juggernauts with better early game...

It shows some lack in understanding about how influential the nerf was. E max is now unviable, and Q max won't up the damage in the early game. She lost a lot of skirmishing power and should be very hard to play into good players, that can deny her CS. We'll probably see her be even more unpopular now, and her wr barely survive due to OTPs playing her into just good matchups.

So why is Yone not OP tier? Is it just because of his dire win rate? Are players other than pros just not good enough at him to make him op? A champion is is strong enough to purely blind in most elos, has great engage, can easily reach backline, has good waveclear with his build, and ludicrous damage.

Still all you said about him is good and if Yasuo is A tier, this guy should be definitely moved one tier higher. And on TOP he is 100% S tier now.

I have no idea, how these guys rate champs, but before Q change, riven had all across all ranks like 49,5% and smaller pick/ban rate and you get her A tier, which is ok. However now she has at platinum lvl 51% win rate and in dia+ 52% win rate, also her pick and ban rate are higher and you say that her change is nothing serious so you dont need move her higher. She is stronger than 1/3 of your listed S tiers right now. Dont take me wrong, I dont hate this tier list, but im curious, how you rank it.

That's not true and you know it. 7% pick rate is her average pick rate plat+. Are you saying that 7% top laners mains her? And to be honest, also those OP and S tier picks can be mained by someone. Win rate isnt everything, but her playrate and banrate arent low either. Next time try to come with something more useful, this statement is just weak.

Riven kit is reliant on items to compensate it + those riven buff were placebo if u do the math. Items nerfed on a reliant items champ + placebo buff what did u expect my guy.

There's a bug on Elise currently. If you cast E beyond max range, rather than using cocoon right away, she'll try to walk until she's in range, then cast it.

try changing in settings, there is a option now to cast at max range instead of walking to cast it at the right place

I think aphel should be A tier, legit he can 1 shot ADCs from 800+ units away with his sniper gun late game, if you make it to late game, which you almost always will, then you will get multiple picks each fight with just aphel.

Aphelios always can do that but the problem usually is making it to the late game, which is harder now since his crit items cost more. Most other champs accelerate faster and aphelios is immobile meaning he can be punished relatively easily unless paired with a thresh or tahm kench sup

as Draven main i recommend going for Lethal tempo with lethality build (Hubris, Collector, Berserkers, BT, IE, Mortal reminder or lord dominik).

She is't great at all. Her binding is easy to predict and dodge, her black shield is very easy to play around in bot lane. She is squishy as hell, and her ulti flash engage, with so much movement in the game right now is just...near impossible to land unless you have other layers of cc. It''s just easily punishable, even in low elo.

Putting Volibear in "Low Elo" shows they really don't understand Low Elo. Volibear stops getting stronger at lvl 16 therefore he's almost useless in Low Elo where the games take 50 minutes and everyone reaches 6 items.
