@@franzgamma Pretty sure 90% of korean players were saying he's garbage and absolutely unfit to be a 5th anni unit as he was extremely underperforming, had no unique abilities nor brought nothing new to the table, he's just cc and dmg, and even then he was SO weak they had to buff him because he was just getting raw dogged by any meta character. I think you're a little out of touch of the game.

I personally never understood using Albedo in dogs. Yes, her counters are great, but I think she slows down the run - I've always used GFreyja to get things done in the turn itself. I still believe the fastest clear is with both the DKs but this human team with Roxy seems close.

So he is goated in the 2 easiest Demonic Beasts (bird, deer), he is ok but not great in dogs (his ult is weak with no dupes) and he is straight not good in Snake (Meli outperforms him in the only thing new Escanor has - damage, and new Escanor provides nothing but damage). And obviously he is trash in Rat because of Valenti passive (need different races, she and Escanor are humans) So he is a good replacement for 2 easiest beasts for new players who struggle with them, but he is useless in anything harder
