I love purple so much that I think there is never enough purple in any pallets. I just want a pallet that got all colors in different hues of purple.

I like that this palette is half-neutral, half-purple, I think it makes it very user-friendly. I do think that it's very one-dimmensional though, I think it would've benefitted from some deeper neutrals and deeper purples, because as it is, I feel like it's very light to mid-tone. I also feel like the purples are all very pink-toned, and I would've loved some more variety in those shades, maybe if UD dipped their toes in some more interesting duo-chromes, that would've been awesome. I mean, those palettes are Expensive, and I think an interesting duochrome would've really made it worth the price. As it is, this palette reminds me of basic drugstore palettes, and honestly, when you pay almost $50, I would love to see something special. I was really going to buy this palette when I first saw the promo images, but in the end, I think this just isn't the kind of purple palette I would've liked.

I love purple shadows so much. I understand the need for some neutrals but I wish there were at least 1 more purple. I love the texture of UD’s shimmer/metallics so I don’t mind the lack of matte finishes. I’ve never splurged in a naked palette but I think this is going to be my first! Amanda thanks for always highlighting eye safety! I really appreciate this!

Thanks Amanda for the swatches. Beautiful shades. And I agree I love a mix of neutrals and purples too. Makes it easier to use. I can see some similar shades from the Jackie Aina palette, the Kristen Leanne collab with UD, the colourpop purples. Would love to see a comparison video. I totally agree with your comments ! I bought it very soon after its release in France because I'm a purple lover and I was very excited by the combo peachy neutrals / purples. I'm in love with it !!! I think it makes my green eyes pop, whatever the eyelook. Today, I was wearing it : a peachy / burgundy eyelook with the VR shade on the lid (and digital). I find this palette very versatile and I love this ! I own the Ace beauté "fallen paradise" as a purple palette for example but no matter what I try to combine, I always end up with a dark look, beautiful, but darker look than I wanted for a day look. With this UD palette, I don't have this issue and I'm totally planning on continuing to use it very often this summer 😊 💜

Thanks for this review Amanda, I’ve only watched one other that was hyper critical of the fact that it’s “boring” and “not pigmented enough”. Not everyone wants that! Some of us like colorful but still work-friendly looks, and I think your look came out beautiful!

This pallet looks really beautiful. I LOVE your nails. I immediately added it to my cart after seeing your IG story! I was going to ask my sister if she wanted anything before I placed an order (I had five polishes in the cart already!) I agree I think there should be a dark matte, however, I think this is a great beautiful and you are able to create many looks, sometimes with a monochromatic palette you are limited as to the numbers of looks you can make, they all look the same, I think it is gorgeous. Great review, Clara xoxo

I really need a purple palette but I think I am going to go with CP Lilac You a Lot. As you said, I agree with the lack of mattes in the UD. If I have to pick ONE purple/lilac palette, I need it to have more mattes, just personal taste. My only UD palette was the first palette I ever got, Born to Run, but I kinda lost interest in the brand :/

I've been wanting to get this palette since I saw it online. I like purple. It is one of my favorite colors. I like the fact that it is more shimmery then mattes, cause I like more shimmer in my eye shadows more then mattes. Can't wait to get this palette!! I love the eye look you did with the palette!! I love purple and I was very curious about this palette. The neutral side looks beautiful too. The only thing is that I already have a lot of purple eyeshadow palettes that are very pigmented, so I am not sure that I want to bother damping my brush, but I think I will wait for a discount on this one to buy it. Honestly I really love the Euphoric color and if i find out i pretty well have it somewhere else, I won’t need this palette for myself. I’m probably not going to get the UD palette just cuz I’m trying to spend less, so please don’t do it just for me, haha! I’m purely curious to see how similar they are. If I want a purple palette I'd just go for Colourpop. I honestly still have my eyes on Naked Honey for when my no-buy is over, I'd take that one over this. I would consider buying a good updated cool toned palette from Urban Decay (maybe a mix of Naked 2 and Smokey with some mauvey tones in there).

This is the first UD palette in a very long time that has enticed me. I'm not going to buy it, because I have purple singles and primarily only use one or two eyeshadows for a look anyway, but I think if this went on sale or I bumped into it at TJ Maxx I would be really tempted.

I love purple eyeshadow. I have the It’s my pleasure and the Blood lust and I love them, but I think they are not as “wearable” or “everyday friendly” because there’s ONLY purple. I like that this palette has some neutral colors.

I do like the mix of shades in this palette but I wholeheartedly agree that there should have been at least one deep matte shade in the palette and preferably two....maybe a more neutrally one like a plummy brown and maybe a bolder one like a deep blue violet . She’s pretty though!

At first I thought it was dumb but it looks pretty fun and versatile. Something new and different. Like many people didn’t like Naked heat cause you get basically one look from that palette. This palette allowed for multiple looks. Maybe they listened to us? I wish companies try to look at the big picture when creating a palette. We don’t want 2 shades being too similar. It decreases the value of getting the pallet to me.
