I love this technique and think I have all the supplies to try it. However, I'm house and dog sitting for my son and daughter-in-law and won't be able to try it until Thursday! Yes, that’s true, but the leftover card stock can be used to put sentiments or other die cuts.

I absolutely love this technique...I cannot buy any cardmaking supplies because I am currently organizing my studio and I have found so much unused product. I love this technique and am ordering the peony embossing folder. I think the sanded version with a simple sentiment would be all you'd need for a card front. BTW, I love your blue ring.
