Such a desirable car: especially when spec’d right! (Read : not in Lime). Hope you guys enjoyed! Hoping to get the DBS Superleggera soon: that’s the big daddy! I would spec the vantage as above but maybe a tan interior with some alcantara: what about you guys?

agree the"Lime Color" looks bad.........Also I don't understand why Aston is using the "Lime Color" in their AMR vehicle (stripe, interior...etc), make the car looks cheap just like an after market modify vehicle

@Zayd Mohammad Nothing I suggested was subjective opinion. It's literally an observable fact. Finally, whilst I'll agree that the 911 R is more of a purist car (ironically subjective opinion), it's irrelevant because they don't even compete in the same space, might as well say Pista is more of a track car, no sh*t.

I have had and loved the 911 !! in fact owned 8 of the last 30 years. Wrongly or rightly i decided to have a change and crossed the line to the Aston Martin Vantage, what can I say, its not a 911 for sure but its a totally different car, better in many ways. It certainly looks a better car, it definitely sounds better and its build is simply beautiful .

Beautiful car, loved the layover on the lights from the Db10.... Think they should have put the Db10 lights on it would have made a world of difference as most of the complaints are regarding the front lights

The front end lets the car down for me...with that unfinished looking mesh grill & terrible Japanese design looks of the lights. Every other aspect of the external aesthetics is perfect. (except maybe the over-fussy rear diffuser set up)

In terms of purely looking at car review, I really like the way the presenter paces us across the comparisons digitally between cars. This is a video that has kept viewer consideration in mind rather than assuming everyone has photographic memory. I just hit the subscribe button and I think this channel deserves it for whoever plan this and created those comparison effects

Can’t wait, trading in my Vantage V12S for this, roll on September! Having driven it, this V8 is quite simply a class above, in everything it does and in the way in which it does it. Was unsure of the front end at first, but the difference between looking at it through a lens (still or video) and standing in front of it is staggering, trust me. I’ve opted for the lipstick treatment around the grill which IMO brings the splitter into play, enhancing the nose, visually. Great review, stunning intro, thanks!

Stunning vehicle. Purpose and presence in spades with perhaps greatest stance of anything on the road today. The front end nags me though; the ''kit-car'' grill bares some of the blame, but I think the tear-drop headlights are the main culprit. Their proportions speak a different language to the cars sinuous lines and as a result feel merely applied and out of step with their high-tech, on-brand, LED teammates to the rear. Great review.

Those side gill pressings irritate me a little bit because the door side doesn't seem to fit flush to the front quarter panel. I would have also liked it to come with a DCT because it's the sports car out of the range. Great review mate, really informative & we can finally see all the little bits and pieces. I looked at one at Le Mans but we could only quickly look into because security were worried about everyone trying to get in it!

You mentioned that the new Vantage would look good with the wheels from the DB10 or DB11. I have an order in the que and have just been advised that my car will be built with the DB11 wheel which looks identical to the DB10 wheel. It is now the standard wheel.
