I know this is non-canonical but this shouldn't come as a surprise. Despite becoming Majin Vegeta and, seemingly out of control, he did it mainly to goad Goku into a fight. Well, maybe he was under the influence for a bit. He later, still as Majin Vegeta sacrificed himself to try and destroy Buu. Vegeta has tasted the "evil" before and regained himself. Showing his mental fortitude. This is just a more powerful evil energy I assume though.

Am I the only one who thinks their power is underwhelming? With all the power scaling that’s happened so far, I would think Vegeta and Goku would be constantly able to move thousands of times the speed of sound and dish out entire volleys of final flash level attacks like it’s nothing, yet here they are, using DBZ saiyan saga level attacks in super saiyan god form, after their power is probably millions of times higher than it was back then.

@@yuejin1776 Actually this form is far stronger than ssb evolution, SSB kaioken goku, which is on par with ssb evolution was not able to scratch cumbers base form and this new dark form is beating ss3 cumber . I think if the powerscale is proper, this form should be on par with Ultra instinct Omen goku and Jiren full power before goku transformed to MUI in the anime.

If this level of power is what’s considered amazing in current Dragonball, there’s no doubt in my mind that Saitama is stronger than Goku. It’s amazing when Vegeta smacks someone 10 feet into the ground, but Saitama casually bitchslaps his enemies into escape velocity before they have time to blink.

Heroes is shit for power scale, goku is basically able to bench press a galaxy with base strength and his aura alone at base UI is strong enough to shake up an entire universe of an eternal void. In all reality if they weren’t dumb with how they made KI control and power scaling then goku could basically blow away an entire planet from a cough, broly was said to be able to destroy and entire galaxy in an instant while in LSSJ and that was prior to even ssj2 existed, so if we account that ssj2 was basically able to destroy galaxies but now we’re literally 5 levels above that we can presume that goku is just able to destroy entire solar systems in and instant with ease. And in all reality saitama can’t be compared because his strength is supposedly infinite because he has no literal limiter to his body he is someone who exist without the limit to their power but the problem is we haven’t seen any other instance of him using full strength on a large scale, while in DBZ there is feats (not by goku but by characters much weaker than he currently is) that are in such large scale and therefore we’re able to use them as reference. I see the whole argument as being dumb as to who’s stronger as saitama is said to have infinite strength but he lacks feats(comparable to dragon ball at least) to show said strength while dbz there is limiters but they’re constantly getting broken and feats of destroying an entire galaxy is basically child’s play. It’s fair to just say we don’t know, there’s nothing that is really even comparable in their strengths so people should really stop arguing about it.
