Just 2 kms away abhi's aloha project 25k-30k per sq yard, outside ORR away almost 5-10kms projects like True Pride, Vyoma, Dr Estate, Jagathswapna spalena, Sri Country pharse 1,2 & 4 are quoting anywhere between 15k-20k pr square yard. In fact apartments newly building outside ORR and away from this project almost 7 kms by Parijatha elite quoting 2k and above per sq ft.

Hai srinivas garu rera is purely related to developer and construction there is no point like rera registration or normal registration rera antey on time lo manaki project complete chase evadam on time lo complete chayakothey we can talk if they stil delay and they dnt give proper responce means u can file complaint. But avane epudu avavu developer builder manchega vuntey fine as u alrdy paid u just need to wait anthey by the time he complete u can go for registration There is no rera registration normal registration i shared wht i know if anything wrong i said correct me others
