Great trick Bob. I won’t lie, I rewound a bunch of times trying to figure it out. I love the way the coins click when you count them out in your hand. Great visual/audible. TIME FLIES! No doubt about that. I’m 55 and it flies by faster each year. Do you ever think about what’s going to happen when your time runs out? I mean like when you die and spiritual stuff? Where are you going to go: up or down? The Bible says after we die will come judgement (Hebrews 9:27). Bob, the bible says we can know for sure where we’re going: “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.” 1 John‬ ‭5‬:‭13‬ If you’re not sure, it’s really simple Bob. Have you ever done anything morally wrong in your life? If you’re not sure or you think maybe you’ve been a good guy then you only need to look at the Ten Commandments. Ever lied? Stolen anything? Blasphemy? Lusted after women? We’re all human and we’ve all done those things and we’re all in trouble. “for all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬ ‭ That’s the disease so what’s the cure? Not so fast because you also need to know the diagnosis. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭6‬:‭23‬ ‭ The diagnosis is your sin has earned you the death sentence. Yes, God is deadly serious about sin. But the good news is the second half of that verse. God offers eternal life as a gift. You’re free to accept it or reject it. You can accept it through faith. Faith in what Jesus did on that cross. “For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:” ‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭15‬:‭3‬-‭4‬ ‭ Jesus’ death was the payment necessary for your sin and for mine. And he did it because he loves you: “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭8‬ And easiest of all Bob, you accept the gift through faith. “Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:” Romans‬ ‭5‬:‭1‬ Maybe you’ve heard if the famous Bible verse, John 3:16. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” ‭‭ Here’s how it works Bob, I’ll let God tell you: “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬-‭11‬, ‭13‬ I hope you know, or will come to know, of the truly MAGICAL forgiveness and love of the one who has power to kill the body and the soul.
