• Mondstadters believe that when they die, Barbatos will send their soul to the afterlife • In Venti's story quest we saw him help send Stanley's soul off • Then there's the dandelion sea and the lore surrounding that • AND also the symbolic spiritual meaning of feathers he's fond of • Then there's him being the closest to Celestia and his mom being one of the 4 shades and his archon design being one of the only time we've seen genshin's version of angels I honestly anticipate it EDIT: It's also believed that true freedom exists only after death

Phanes(The Primordial One) in Greek Mythology is also depicted as an angel and is known as the God of Light and Goodness. Venti also being an angel and being the God of Wing and Hope (said by Neuvillette) so it makes sense why Venti is so close to Celestia The moon plays a big part in Genshin and Mondstadt means the Moon City in German and if you position it right at the right time, it will look like Venti's statue is holding the moon!

Baal - The original electro archon who died in the archon war, then her little sister (Beelzebul) takes her position and made a shogun doll form. Buer - The original dendro archon She splits into 2 gods, Kusanali and Rukkhadevata, Kusanali is the lower god, Rukkhadevata is the higher god, one moment Rukkhadevata erased herself from the world tree(irminsul)while hugging kusanali, which is the nahida we know now. Egeria - the origin hydro archon She died in the archon war and the last thing she did is sharing every fountainian her hydro tulpa, Focalors is the one who got the vision and then after being an archon for a long time she sacrificed herself. Murata - Pyro archon origin Source : Genshin Webcomics(Cant spoil you) Tsaritsa - Cryo archon origin. You know how clever she is to make a contract with venti and zhongli for the gnosis, infact, most of fatui harbingers worship tsaritsa.
