I own black and cocoa and have been eyeing sea grey 😉 I also found them too soft at first and wasn’t able to get a sharp enough point when I sharpened them *until* I used the VB sharpeners. Now I love them. Her sharpeners are a must with these liners! Love the copper on you!

I’ve just started to dip into VB, got the olive & sea grey pencils & really impressed, the olive does not budge! 😂 also got the mink lid lustre & really like that too 😊 but yep, I can see me buying more 🙈 really enjoying the olive pencil with the new Dior khaki green palette ❤

Funny how the copper shade is lucky number 13!! 🤣🍀 (Lucky penny) I'm not sure it is coppery enough or metallic enough...I agree with you on that Rebecca. Kinda pretty as an eyeshadow but as a liner? Not for me. Ya know there is an awesome copper shade in the ND Zendo palette called Sense (like cents lol?) that would be neat as a liner 🥰❤️

My first ever VB liner arrived in Sea Gray after I saw your review I had to get it & omg I’ve never used a liner like this, it’s incredible metallic silver with a hint of sparkle & it’s still under my eyes the next day! Now I really need a warm toned shade as this one is very cool, I can’t choose between this copper one or the new cinnamon, what’s the main difference between the two & which do you prefer?

I prefer the cinnamon as I think it's a lovely neutral every day shade. If you have access to instagram, I have swatched those two side by side and you can see the difference well.

I have ordered sea green and cocoa and the velvet lid lustre. After watching this I fancy the olive shade and maybe bronze. I feel the copper isn’t the right shade for me and could show up a bit red like sore eyes 😅 xx

Hmm I think a few of the shade names are off in these ranges. Doesn't stop me loving them but to me the Olive and Sequin Green are the wrong way around. When I got Olive I felt it was more an emerald / vert / forest green. Sequin Green turned out to be more what I was looking for in an olive shade. Would say that on your lids this does look like a copper penny shade. Am not generally a fan of copper - warm reddish shades though. Makes my eyes look a bit blood shot. So far I have Sea Grey (LOVE), Olive and Ash which I got from the VB store when in London in the summer plus all the new Jewel shades Night Flash and Sequin Green are faves). Will probably get Bronze, Navy Noir, and maybe Cocoa at some point. Only issue I have is the softness and not finding them the easiest to sharpen. Any recs on a good sharpener? I have the VB one.

Her sharpener is good but my favorite sharpeners are Charlotte Tilbury and ESUM because they’re contained and nice and sharp. No need to empty them all the time.

Oh I need more! Accidentally ordered another Ash instead of Fig. But some of the other colors are interesting me. I have the bronze so I don’t think I need copper. I to used as one and done. I like this shade. Agree its not as metallic as bronze and sea grey but that might make it more wearable. I really only wear these in my waterline aside from the brown and black which i also wear smudged on top too so it might not matter as much for me. The navy noir wasn’t one i reached for so i gave it away, also didn’t last well but the bronze, black and brown all wear great on me. I will probably p/u sea grey but trying to decide if anything else for free snh lol I got her reflect stick in my last order and its so pretty. Now that i have a skin tint it paired so well for a no makeup/ makeup look. I tried it this AM too over a set skin tint with light concealer and surprisingly it didn’t lift. Im sure if i did it over a higher coverage foundation and concealer that was set though it wouldn’t work like my LE hl.

Anne! Totally agreed. The highlighter is lovely either under… Try it under as well… Or over a low coverage skin tint. It does not work over a regular foundation, but does work underneath one. I also did not reach for my navy liner that much either. I think he would really enjoy this one then in your waterline unless it comes off a little bit red. It can go a bit allergy.

@@NotFitforPrintBeauty yes! I will try it under this week. I was scared it was going to lift over but took a chance because it was a short 4 hr makeup day ha. Usually during the week i skip concealer for a super no makeup look so it worked perfect over the skin tint and so glowy. Ive been gravitating towards that since i wfh, w/ just a bit of light powder and the rare bronzer + SF blush. Ironically Ive also been using my smashed vieve powder which i love lol but its basically a loose powder now Yup! Totally thats why i skipped Bordeaux , this shade reminds me of a UD pencil i had years ago - lucky maybe?!

I know it sounds lazy but I’m like that sometimes when shopping. I literally bounce between Sephora, ULta, and Nordstrom and that’s it. Nordstrom carries her fashion line but not the beauty line.

Hey Heather! Here to help! Believe it or not, they’re actually a pencil. They go into a sharpener just like a regular wooden eye or lip liner. Grab any old makeup sharpener and sharpen away!

And so I worry about that not being there again this season. They just said they wanted to switch it up and I personally found it a travesty but no one touches the PSL? Unfair.
