Hi Anitha i include lot of dalia + masoor daal/moong daal. U can make pulao, bisibelebath, pongal, lemon rice. It comes out very delicious. Dalia is very gud fr diabetics

Beautiful video..good to see you back... One more way I follow is to add millets instead of rice... Or to make millets idly dosa batter to change for better health..just a simple tip I am sharing

Thanks for your kind message 😊👍🏻, but I strongly believe that millets are equally same carbs, may slowly process, but wouldn’t be any change in the HBA1C Blood test which you would take in 3 months. No proof yet about Millets, otherwise it will be widely used in other countries too. It is the recent marketing trend that confuses everyone.

Found the Heylo bread a bit expensive. Do try out Livlife bread from Waitrose or Hi- Lo from Sainsbury’s. Very low net carbs and budget friendly.
