New video released of people suspected of building noose, gallows before Capitol riot

CBS News has obtained surveillance video showing people believed to be responsible for erecting a noose and gallows on U.S. Capitol grounds before the attack on Jan. 6, 2021. Congressional investigators released the video. The suspects have not been identified. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports.

Or, if she commits another overt act with the same goal, any previous overt acts can be added to the charge using herself as the common factor, regardless if any and all other actors have been replaced. 18 USC 371 Conspiracy to Defraud the US Government has a 5 year statute beginning at the time of the last overt act. While Jan. 6 , 2025 is fast approaching, should she commit another overt act to commit the same fraud, the Statute of Limitation resets with all previous acts appearing as one contiguous charge. The RICO Act of 1970 is still another charging option. RICO charges do not have a Statute of Limitations so they can be brought at any time.

i have $45 cameras which are programmable.... one of the things it does is it has a virtual fence, if any person walks beyond the virtual line on the camera: a) a silent alarm goes off to notify me b) a spot light mounted to the camera turns on and follows them c) it records the event also the camera quality is a lot better than this provided in the video. its a shame the capitol police and adjacent parks don't use cheap cameras like mine.
