@@Luisjusthere it’s very obvious they weren’t using the gun with intent to kill, personally knowing & growing up with one of the robbers that’s still alive, he wasn’t in it for anything more than the money pay out. yes it’s completely wrong and unlawful to be robbing people, especially at gunpoint, and the fact they have illegal guns is like another completely wrong thing. i’m not saying they’re in the right place here, but they were fleeing, immediate danger ended the moment they left the gazebo and ‘passed’ the grass (considering the one who opened fire didn’t pass the grass he wasn’t chasing). and yeah maybe he took just three steps, but it’s very obvious after the first shot, he lines up the second one. you don’t ‘accidentally’ shoot someone in the back of the head. he had intent to kill once the immediate danger was gone. citizens aren’t given the right to bear arm to kill people who are committing acts of crime, it’s for self defense. this guy should have withdrawn from site after they too fled, he already has a gone to protect himself IF they come back. but they’re teenagers, once they have the phone and money they’re fleeing and have no reason to go back and kill the guy once they have his valuables. there’s no reasonable reason to shoot on behalf of the guy who got robbed, he isn’t a victim in this case, there’s no victims, i just don’t think we should be praising a human for killing another, no matter the circumstances that is wrong. people make bad decisions that leads them to things like this but it 100% should not have ended in a death, but instead 3 arrests.
