Gentle and la brava were created as a reference to the silver and bronze age of comic books, when a lot of silly villains started to appear, their wacky design took inspiration from those times, the author wanted to show that not every villain was a monster, some of them could be humans too, and yes it's not filler, it's in the manga too

Yup. Just in case, La brava is 21. And she's allegedly a dwarf. (not officially confirmed) And Gentle is around 30 years old, looks older due to his hair, mustache and beard being silver color, just like Eri's hair. After meeting La Brava it makes you wonder if Mineta could possibly be a dwarf himself, since Eri is taller than him somehow, and she's only 6 years old while Mineta is 15 or 16. Or it could just be their character designs, they're just short and that's it

I think Mineta is 14 or 15. He may not have had his teenage growth spurt yet. There was a kid at my school who was the shortest in my freshman class (he was 4'10 and chubby), then I didn't see him over summer vacation, and the start of sophomore year he was 5'8" and lean. I have also seen boys have the growth spurt later, like in senior year.

Legit, Gentle Criminal, and La Brava are up there as some of my favorite MHA characters, I love Gentle's characterization, how he's a villain who commits small scale crimes, that almost feel like pranks, and then films them, and uploads them to the internet. Later we see that he's not at all tech savvy, and that's where La Brava comes in, I love that they play with your expectations, making him seem like a joke character, but then he immediately takes out 5 heroes, and actually has a very strong quirk. Also, their backstory is just great, really cool characters overall.

This arc is one of the best written arcs of the entire series thematically, its not your usual typical meathead shallow shonen arc that's why

The rest of the arc is aoyama giving cheese, mina dancing, bakugo saying shine shine shine i wont play the battery and many other fillers

@@badino14 Saying the rest is filler is factually wrong idgaf what you personally want to think by its very definition, what happens in the manga will always be canon whether you like it or not, next time learn what filler means before trying to spout bs. Plus deku's character developed and progressed in this arc all because of gentle and la brava, gentle and la brava embody the darker side of hero society's flaws and they both helped deku understand the grey area between heroes and villains which greatly impacts the later arcs in the series and deku's mentality which are the arcs after the plw (war) arc, aoyama giving cheese is also a significant major main plot point in the future, mina's dancing helped deku's fighting style become more versatile in combat etc, your simple shallow brain and mine are simply not built the same, why can I delve deeper into the subjects but you can't? You can't convince me that you're not the typical generic shallow shonen meathead otherwise if you see everything superficially at the surface level
