How cool! I am opening my first booth on April 1st. It is very small, but it's enough for me for now. Looking at my inventory, I realized I had some odd containers and decided to make candles as well. Now I am leaning heavy into it. You are such an inspiration! I think I need to join your booth group.

Love the misfit candles concept. What a thoughtful gift they will make. I think you will see incremental revenue from customers who may simply be browsing and may not be your DIY folks and maybe not even into antiques all that much but somehow find their way to an antique mall - happens all the time and we need to capture their potential spend if possible. I am interested to hear how this pans out.

I have been thinking about candle making, too. It’s a great idea for up cycling beautiful things that no longer serve a purpose. Can’t wait to hear how they sell!

Going into a new space is like doing a jigsaw puzzle, you know where some pieces go immediately, but other areas take time to find the right pieces. I moved into a space in the front of the shop on Jan 1st., it has huge windows, great for light, but still working on using the "negative space" in front of the windows. It's a process. Good luck with your new space ! I enjoy your videos.

So true! Excellent example. I think it takes about a year to get comfortable.

It's great to have a booth vendor who you share a wall be willing to givee ideas. I have a cottage decor booth bordered by men who sell military stuff. They are always apologizing. I love being there because my stuff really stands out next to their items. I love the "brick" wall panels. Looking forward to the final view.

Good neighbors are the best. Good point about your booth standing out…that is something to look for when choosing your spot…

Really enjoy all your videos. Im opening my own antique store in Texas come October. ( 3 years renovating! Ugh) almost there though! I will have booth space for vendors. Im hoping to have a good relationship with the booth owners. Thanks for being an AMAZING booth owner in your mall! ...and wish me LUCK please ha.
