New Virgin Trains EC First Class Experience from London Kings Cross to Edinburgh Waverley June 2016.

During my family 's trip with Virgin Trains East Coast , First Class Experience from Kings Cross station London to Edinburgh Waverley station,United Kingdoms on 7 June 2016.
It was departed from platform number 7 of Kings cross St.Pancras London to Edinburgh Waverley station.
It departed at 0900hrs and arrived at 1322hrs .
Calling at Peterborough, York ,Darlington, Newcastle,Berwick-upon-Tweed & Edinburgh. Our coach was First class Quiet coach K,

This is my first time to watch this video of the EC London Kings Cross to Edinburgh Waverly Virgin train, it's nice that the name of Flying Scotsman was given it, the country side there is nice, great, the train moves very fast. I travel long distance by Amtrak when I travel & will be traveling by Amtrak more often when I'm home in the San Diego area between San Diego, Los Angeles & Oxnard,CA on the Pacific Surfliners.

Well since we have such poor train service here in the US, I've never actually had the chance to ride on one, but I would suspect it would be something along the lines of "Making stops at..." Regardless, it's definitely something less than what I would personally call "civilized."

I travelled this route a couple of times (before Virgin) and boys times we departed from Platform 0. The only complementary refreshments provided in first class were tea and coffee.

Wonderful watching people eat breakfast 1 out of 5. It would have been nice to film the scenery outside the windows, just like every other person who uploads videos covering train journeys. I'm not complaining, because I can always watch another video, but trying to be helpful. Menus, the backs of laptops, breakfast food, the service asking if you need condiments, are not very interesting, Scan once or twice to get your family or friends recorded, then stick to the scenery, stations you pass, while swinging back in the car updating the gang. Love the Apple iiPhone, MacBook or MacBookPro. I'm also all Apple, and have been since the 80's, great stuff. One weird part, I have the exact blue case protecting in MacBookPro, I thought you guys might have swiped mine since I have never seen another one with the same case. You all probably haven't visited Phoenix where I'm located. Cheers!

make sure you get reserved seat. Also refundable ticket. we used Scot Rail last couple of days and people tend to sit in your reserved seat. On the weekend train is crowded so having reserved or first class is worth the money.
