I ended up going with the newer model. Picked it up the other day and I love it. Only ever had used old cars so I’m shocked at how good and expensive feeling these new cars feel. Thank you for the videos as these were a massive part in helping me find the right car 😃

the main difference of the 2022 face-lift would be the newer 7 speed DSG instead of the old 6 speed one.

@@SDADanCars if you want 6L you really can’t have fun in the car, and most km have to be cruising at a set speed. I always average around 7.3-7.5L on 100km, with a mix of fun driving and just cruising KM.

Volkswagen is lacking. It's having a lot of plastic in its interior, it looks cheap and outdated. The only good thing is the performance, which you wont really use in this current climate.
