I love the way old Ferrah looked, it feels like they put more effort into it. But the new one looks like a little kid tried to make it and it didn't turn out so great. It's just my opinion, new one isn't that bad but I would pick the older one without hesitation

Ferrah was bc of being Too much equal of an art made from a diferent artist (So they changed in case of Copyright), so thats why it had a redesign

I KNEW IT! It was the Leothin by a very talented concept designer artist who does a lot more work- but she already had designed a creature called a Leothin that was copyrighted and protected. I remember thinking that back then as I cosplayed as my own leothin that I managed to get back when it was first made- wondering if trouble or a redesign would have to happen because of just how extremely similar the ferrah was. Outside the tail fan it was nearly exact.

​@@Bread_treat the head and majority of the design is what was needed to changed the most unfortunately. As they took heavy inspiration from a already copyrighted creature without permission so needed to change it.

The sochuri was the first creature added because creatures of sonaria was going to be a completely different game probably like griffins destiny, but then they thought it wasn’t too good so they scrapped it and came up with creatures of sonaria so that’s why you couldn’t find any concept art because it’s the first one

I dislike the new ferrah so much- Couldn't they keep the design similar to the original, i know the original esign was inspired without credit to someone else's art (an avatar creature) but.. Thid design just doesn't work, it doesn't feel like a fast creature, it feels goofy. Wish they'd just re-release current ferrah as a creature of its own.

Kendyll (unpopular opinion but the bland trex with no semi aquatic adaptions and only trait diffrentiating it from a tyrannosaurus being weird spikes is worse than a deinosuchus looking beast with actually good and creative additions [maybe its not all that diffrent from a deinosuchus but it pulls off differentiating from the core idea way better than the chernobyl rex that was old kendyll])
