New Waikiki trash cans hope to replace daily Waikiki eye-sore

New specialty trash bins were installed at Kuhio Beach Park on Tuesday morning in hopes of replacing a daily eye-sore in Waikiki.

Are those new trash cans treated with something to keep graffiti from sticking to the exterior? Of not, it'll look just like the old ones.
