@@badcookie123456789 Overused (OU) In competitive battling, Pokemon are divided into different tiers based on their in-game power/viability. This is to keep the “meta” as balanced as possible. Ex. You’re not throwing a Caterpie out when they have a dragonite. OU is like the major leagues, filled with the most powerful ‘mons excluding legends, mythicals, and select “broken” Pokemon.

It's a special attacker, with mediocre enough physical attack that you'd need to have like at least 2 DD boosts first to really get anywhere imo, since OU's got some pretty thicc mons For instance, Garganacl is weak to water and yet an unboosted Adamant, 252 Attack EV, 31 IV Wave Crash still can't OHKO a specially defensive set, let alone a physically defensive one. It needs either rain up, a Choice Band, or a successful DD boost just to have a roughly 2/3 *chance* of getting the OHKO.
