So the gist is they want a worker that is hard working, fully confident in their ability to succeed, and to lead by example while having minimal distractions to stop them from working. The job isn't to console your coworkers its to be a great employee for the company. You can be a good friend off the clock. If you don't understand that, you are in for a trip.

Yes, but there’s a difference between not pressuring your coworkers when it isn’t your place to critique them and tell them they’re slow even if they are. That’s workplace bullying and can put you in a bad spot. Supervisors are the ones who get paid for that risk and are the ones who are supposed to asses job performance. They basically want people to do manager duties and risk crap with coworkers and customers ( in self checkout it’s babysitting transactions which should only be for AP since they have cameras and pads) They want you to take all the risk and not get paid for it. They got everybody F’d up.

After that then the hr gonna send you a virtual meet and great then once your done your going to do your interview, offer activities, and orientation. This video was great for the ethics assessment portion. The part where it asks what you're most & least likely to do. Be careful because the questions are randomly shuffled every test you take. You'll have to skip around the video to find the current question you're trying to answer. That's where a lot of people are getting it wrong. Don't follow the video question by question. Pay attention to the particular question being asked. When it came to the price tag portion I realized some of the answers shown weren't correct at all. Not everything in this video is incorrect but be cautious once you get to the price check portion. You'll have to figure those ones out yourself. I passed the test yesterday after making my own adjustments to the price check portion. Today I got a sign on offer from my chosen site. It only took a day to be hired on. If anyone needs help feel free to ask. I won't lie, this was a paranoying process since you have to wait about a month+ to retest if you fail 😅

BUT If the question does have the option to choose 'Not Applicable' then choose ----->(Not Applicable) The test will most likely give you a high score. I tried this and it said My Assessment is active in green it didn't say if I passed or not. You have to call Walmart and ask them if you passed. I got hired. Never cheated lol. The test wasn't hard. FIY once you go in you will have more computer based tests and learning. It's called the Walmart academy and you need to graduate. The alcohol assessment and robbery protocol and other learning was a FULL day work. The alcohol assessment was the hardest of the two tests. You learn about alcohol 1-2 hours and a long test just for that part alone. You better know your stuff and pay attention. You can take the test as many times as you want to for those tests but doesn't appear that you can go back to study for it. I took it twice to pass. I only needed to take the robbery protocol once and I believe there was another test it took twice for me to pass also but the other 4 people who were hired with me passed the first time I believe. They were finished 1.5 hours before me but in all fairness part of that was because I started 30 minutes later... So it took me overall an hour longer then it took the others. Also partly due to having a slow computer. I had to switch desktops a few times. This being said, everyone was happy to be done with it. You will continue to have tests as long as you work there.

I believe managers should not disclose anything about answers to candidates. Nobody should copy answers from " about myself/personal details" section, instead provide your own information.
