you’ll know if you passed the assessment at the end. it’ll let you know, typically you have to wait 60 days after the assessment to redo it, if you failed.

If it's fist time in Walmart, I believe they make people work for early morning or late evening shifts. The lady who called me for interview, asked me to go for another round of interview at 9pm. I went just to find out that interviewing person was out on her break for an hour. I waited for 35 minutes and came back.

I just took it and failed! The questions were nothing like this but it was for a different position. My first question was this: Supervisor: “Your average call handling time decreased 20% in March! This is a great improvement compared to February's average call handling time, which was 750 seconds.” Representative: “I have been working extremely hard to improve my call handling time for March. I am so happy I got it down to __________ seconds.” I had math questions calculating percentages, I had to name certain functions of the computer I did a mock answering phone, updating patient addresses and the list goes on! I wonder if their is a down side to hiring only lairs, that don't bother supervises with potential problems so they can prevent them, but instead tell other employees how to do their job regardless of official company policy. that if truthful they say are the best of the best with no self reflections on their actions. it's like a girl that values confidence no matter how abusive. I understand Walmart so well after this, the price being intentionally a different price at the register then marked, the lack of empathy of the customer's perspective or motivations, the absolute blind spot of how upper management actions will be viewed, the lack of ability for their workers to form a union. lol it's all so clear.

First of all, my answers might be same or different because I’m NOT copying from somewhere or someone. So my answers are original and authentic to my assessment. I answer from my OWN brain. I don’t remember questions or answers from the other assessments. And my answers vary BASED on the department I’m taking assessment for. Because every department has different role where priorities differ. That’s why I mention very clearly that “choose answers what you think is right and I don’t claim my answers are 100% correct”. What questions company sets for assessment that is not in my hand, but ANSWERS do. This is where my MBA degree comes into play, where we are taught candidate psychology, employee psychology, hiring and firing, etc… etc… I am not taking these assessments for myself but for people. Coming to the point you calling me a scam artist, it is just one’s projection of their character, not reflection of mine. I always utilize my invaluable time and energy on myself, self improvisation and for helping others not for harming others. Talking about assessment passing or not, that depends on education and experience most. If a candidate takes a look at his/her resume they shall get an idea where they stand in the crowd of candidates. Companies need honest people. You are here copying answers.
