I remember back in 2015 when you guys were filming small projects at your home by Aaron's parents. I never dreamed back then that you guys would grow your business so big. I really started feeling the growth after the first purchase of big piece of property on the other side of the hayracks. That's when I thought, man this is really going to grow into a big business!! Since Ken is always looking for ways to streamline packing and such, there are two things you could look into for a more eco friendly filler and wrapping option (I know Laura is mindful of this)! One is a Cardboard shredder/perforator from Whitaker Brothers. It transforms used boxes into void filler. The other is Geami Wrap which is a paper wrap that eliminates bubble wrap and is recyclable. I use both in my pottery business so they definitely secure and protect fragile items wonderfully!

I love seeing the behind the scene operation. Ken called me once when the warehouse was out of the color of watering can I had ordered and gave me the option to choose another color that could be shipped immediately or wait for the color I had chosen. I was glad to select another color that was in stock. That was SERVICE! It’s nice to put a face on people I’m ordering from. Garden tools and products are my thing. I have learned about the most useful tools from GA that now use. Thank you GA.

Loved seeing your new warehouse. Back in the early 90's my husband and I were doing the extra same growth pattern with setting up a warehouse. We had a totally different business than Garden Answer but the growth steps in doing our first, second and third warehouses mimic yours. Everything Ken is doing is what we experienced. I love the fact that you have red handles. My girlfriend and I were working in her front bed when we misplaced our white gardening shovel. We looked for hours but never found them. It wasn't until three years later they showed up-crazy. At that point, we decided never to use white handles again. I also decided to make sure they were put away in the same spot every time we used them

I love when GA plants tree's. They are my favorite episodes. Don't get me wrong, I like to listen to you trouble shoot garden beds and reason's for locations on plants and shrub But, love watching the tree's go in. I am totally a cone head and I am so envious of the Jager (?sp) Evergreens you just got. I garden in Zone 6 Massachusetts. i have about 90 acres of land and plant somewhere between 5 to 10 evergreens yearly. Keep up the great work. You are an inspiration to so many. I received my Garden Answer package this week. Big green knelling pad, pruning saw and gloves. I have decided to keep the kneeling pad in the house to use when cleaning base boards and other down on the floor cleaning jobs. I will order another one for gardening.

After spending 25 years in the industry (warehouse management and shipping software) I'm so glad to see you in the bigger, more efficient warehouse. The gravity fed conveyor is a lot quieter than the motorized kind, I hope that works out for them, and I love the ring scanners. Less likely to put down and lose somewhere in the warehouse. The trees look great in their placement, I was worried about being close to the gate and as always, love to see the kids zipping around. A future cross country coach will be thrilled to have Benjamin on the team. 🏃‍♂
