ah yes, so you need to complete one of the 'cards' on the zone you want to change trees, so like 1-5 maps

One question: You get equipement Lv 100 in every map or only in TimeMark 7?. I'm Lv 91, i'm getting all points in low Lv maps, they drop me A LOT of purple equipement and with 300% chance, never get one, so i'm thinking is the Lv of the zone, is that correct?

I would bet that the base chance for priceless is extremely low below t7 and is probably lower in t7 as well 300% of .00001% (hypothetical) is still low
