I read that if the decay get to the pulp of the tooth, applying SDF will spread the decay to other area. Can you explain why that is the case ? I called about a dozen of dentists and only find one that provide that treatment.

it's made from silver and fluoride, i don't know if it's colloidal silver. it will permanently stain your teeth black and everything it touches.
