Glad to hear that Isophit has become a part of your personal, as well as client training! Our youngest client so far is 11 and our oldest is 73! We have had many people achieve reaching their chest to the bar--and sustaining it for the full 45 seconds on the horizontal row including a 68 year old woman!

I love what you guys are doing. I’m here for group Isophit classes! Chest to bar on the row is an epic achievement and takes that exercise to a new level.

Was wondering if you do a full body routine for both dynamic and isometrics, Mike Mentzer suggested splitting the body parts days apart allowing for sufficient rest for the muscles to recover.

I do full body for everything. I only do 1 dynamic workout per week so my body has a full week to recover. The weekly isometrics workout assists in the recovery in my opinion.

My routine: Push day + Squats + other leg things (DB walking lunges, banded monster walks, banded tibialis raises with clench mini bands on the footplate) [1-2 days rest] Pull day + Deadlifts [1-2 days rest] Full body isometrics using bullworker's ISO-FLO, 7-10s of all out force, 3 lengths per motion to get the full range [1-2 days rest] Repeat Push pull days are using a combination of Harambe system and adjustable DBs, though I usually prefer Harambe. Everything is HIT style, trying to beat my previous total work by either increasing volume or weight (the small orange Harambe band is useful for small increments). If I don't feel like I can improve at least the main lifts, I take another rest day. Been working great so far and I'm noticeably gaining.

That’s a smart and well thought out routine. We have a very similar approach. Do you have power blocks for dumbbells? Which movements do you like with dumbbells?

@@scamponept Thanks! Yes, I've got an old pair of powerblocks that go to 125lbs. Reverse flies are the only ones that feel awkward on Harambe for me and lateral raises kinda, but sometimes I'll just do the entire workout with DBs if I feel like it. I track my progress on that separately from the bands, as they do feel different.
