VINDICATION! I posted about how good Smoke gas Weezing is and got downvoted so hard. He is such a good stall with a powerful attack and 110HP. I was putting him in a pidgeot deck. from this video it seems like he is your star pokemon and wins the game for you most of the time. people just dont see it for whatever reason.

I'm surprised people didn't see Weezing's potential. Agree, weezing is a great stall with good stats!

I'm not sure but it's likely because of how good the OG Weezing is, it needs only one energy and basically does 40 damage, 50 max if the opponent doesn't retreat, while the new one needs two, does 50 and has a coinflip (but can potentially stall longer). For me it seemed like a downgrade, but it was still interesting to see which niche could the new one fit, it seemed pretty unique. This video does a great job of showcasing it.
