Instead of butter and half and half I use heavy cream in my coffee. It's basically the same thing minus the salt. I only use 1/2 tablespoon but it's creamy enough for me 😊

I'm also doing the pantry clean out. I canned and froze so much out of the garden and bought a 1/4 of a beef the last time we went to PA. All grass fed. I also eat fresh eggs from a friend. We live in such a sm town finding food from a butcher, fresh cheese and eggs is easy. I do use FF 1/2 and 1/2 in my tea with sweetener!! Yum Nice job!❤

That breakie looked great! Yum 😋 I love Splenda and a tablespoon of creamer in my coffee. Hardly any fat or sugar. Wow, red meat three times in a day?! Haha 😆 looked good though. Too high total fat for me personally and I gotta have some brown rice and oats in my life, but good video.

Thanks so much!! I know! More red meat is a change for me, but my doctor and I are doing some tests of my bloodwork on more of an animal based diet - higher fat, lower carb. We'll see what mt next labs show! 🤞

I think they called it bulletproof coffee. I’ve drank it, it wasn’t bad but I didn’t like the way the butter pooled on top.

It helps to incorporate the butter so that it doesn’t all float to the top. It’s called bulletproof coffee and it’s delicious

@Newfie-d5s I've recently been reading a lot about this, and my doctor told me this last time. She said because I have such low triglycerides and my HDL has improved, she's not going to be too concerned if my LDL goes up. 😊

Crazy how total cholesterol used to be allowed to be 300 until statins came around. Then it was lowered to 250 and then 200.

I wouldn't say so. I sometimes have a good amount of carbs from fruit, honey, occasional potatoes, veggies etc. I think for keto it's real strict and you can't have more than a certain amount of carbs to be in ketosis.

What the heck.....beef is now 0 points? I haven't followed WW in a while now so I'm not aware of the changes. It all looks delicious. I know some people on the Carnivore diet put butter in their coffee.

Girrrrl, yes! Lean ground beef 90% and leaner, lean steaks, pork tenderloin, ALL chicken now, not just breasts (still need to be skinless though), as well as potatoes and oats were added to zero point list. I think it might have been a carnivore channel I saw the butter. My son does carnivore so I've had to do my research..lol
