Omg! I’m pausing the video at the 5:33 mark to say I’m having the same issue with pineapple. It has never bothered me before but I quit eating it several years ago because I do low carb. I bought one for my daughter not long ago and decided to enjoy some of it as a cheat day treat and boy did I pay for it. My stomach pain was unreal. The only that that helped was not moving. Lasted for 2 days.

Thanks for another great video! I’ve been watching your channel for several years and you guys are great! I’m not usually a comment type of gal, but when you mentioned that you were experiencing severe stomach pain I thought that I would share that I had a similar experience a few years ago and it turned out to be gallstones. The “attacks” would put me in the fetal position and sometimes be accompanied with nausea. They would last from as little as a ten minutes to several hours and then I would feel fine. Maybe seek out an appointment with a gastroenterologist if it happens again and have them check for gallstones or what’s called a “sick gall bladder.” I hope it’s truly nothing or something that you can manage with diet and exercise, but some things do require medical intervention and if that’s the case for you, just know that you’re not alone! Wishing you guys a dreamy rest of your summer!!!!
