That's amazing, keep up the great work!! In terms of the routine, I always do full body workouts but I just vary up the exercises each time. If I feel like I'm plateauing, I'll add a few HIIT cardio intervals into the workout or increase the weight. Hope this helps!

I honestly don’t know how to calculate that (I don’t have an Apple Watch or anything) and I think everyone will burn a different amount of calories!

Yay!!! Questions ... what is the difference between low intensity and high intensity? Also, could you make suggestions or tell us how much weight you're using for each exercise?

Hi!! So high intensity is when you're actually performing the exercises and low intensity is when you rest between exercises. So it will be 40 seconds of high intensity (doing the exercise) followed by 20 seconds of rest or low intensity. I can definitely add in the weight I'm using as well! Thank you for commenting :)
