I've lost both my parents, i have no siblings or direct family, lost all my money and I used to do well in life, lost my apartment, car, furniture,etc... im not married no kids and im gettin older(39yrs old). On top of that i had great injustice done to me by law and ended up in jail and still fighting for my freedom. The few friends that I have are far and cant help me more than they have. I had to sleep on couches from month to month, homeless, neither am I allowed to work. Almost everything that can go wrong, went wrong. All this pushed me closer to Allah more than I have ever been. Yes I get my moments of frustration and weakness, but i never leave my salah, dua'a and thikr. I was not close to Allah before but i was a good person. All I can do now is keep praying and being patient. Its not easy but its the only way. That in itself is a blessing. I may have lost all, but most importantly i gained Allah.

@@alifsofi believe me i understand but i beg you to hold on to Allah like a drowning person will hold on to a life jacket or a piece of wood. It's not easy, but thats the test. We cant fail in life and after death. Run to Allah and cry and talk to him, tell him all thats in ur heart, He will answer. Patience(faith/yaqeen) and persistence(salah,dua'a and thikr) are the keys that will get you through this. You are strong, believe me, you survived it already you just need to move forward one step at a time.

If something is out of my control, I leave the matter on Allah's hand believing that Allah is the best planner and he will manage the situation because what Allah knows I don't know. Allah's knows the Future and he has the knowledge of every second, he knows what is inside one's heart and mind , Allah is alone sufficient.

Thank you so much for explaining the misconception about the word “fitnah”. To this day, I thought fitnah had a different meaning since the word similar to that in Turkish is “fitne” which has a complete different meaning than the Arabic word. JazakAllah Khair Mufti Menk! What left wasn’t yours and what’s urs will find you. Getting sad over what left or who left is just going to cause you pain nothing else. Just keep in mind Allah is the one who gives and withholds so if he withheld then say alhamdulillah and if he gave say Alhamdulilah as long as ur alive الحمدلله على كل حال.
