Back in the day, Wildfire was one of my favorite Old School MTG (Magic the Gathering) red decks.
It is also popular in land destruction edh (commander) decks.
But today, I'm bringing BIG land destruction back to the Modern format in 2024!
As you'll see, this NEW WIldfire brew demoralizes enemies...so much so, that many opponents quit...forever!
This is some of the best Modern Gameplay footage I've EVER gotten on MTGO (Magic the Gathering Online).
Wildfire is back! Do you think its here to stay in Modern MTG?!?
Watch the gameplay and let me know!

You know what I like about this deck? It challenges conventional wisdom for the modern format. Ask most players and they will tell you that you're not going to do well in modern with a top end of 6 mana that doesn't have a lot of ramp, that mana rocks aren't that good in modern, that a bulk rare of Tarkir block isn't work running. Decks like this give me hope for my own decks to perform well :)

Your rapid video edits do challenge my innately spacious circuitry, but I do enjoy this style of deck, as a dedicated control mage. BoshNRoll has produced entertaining videos on the Cleansing Wildfire / Boom/Bust builds. This one that you wield however is more merciless and austere. Aside from obviously great taste in decks, you seem like a kind human being with your preemptive apologies to the opponent and "be well" wish at this presentation's conclusion. I like kind compassionate people. I like kind compassionate people who beat up on all the popular decks with edgy control flavor slightly more. 😆 Have you considered maybe a single Koth of the Hammer? His middle ability ramps you into land wipes, then plus for a quick clock. It is likely less than stellar, though I nonetheless suggest. Because Planeswalkers. All the justification right there. Could be neat. Actually, Jaya Ballard provides a bevy of enabling tech - including free Pillage's! You like Pillage. That is my flawless hard sell. And thanks for the helpful zooming into cards, although their screen time is quite brief! Be well.

This is one of the most well written comments I’ve ever gotten haha. You described yourself as spacey, but this is some well written/thought out stuff! I did briefly consider Koth, but the curve was already pretty high, and Chandra just felt like the better 4-mana option. Jaya, however, I did not consider…in fact, had to look up what it did. She could definitely be viable in this shell - great recommendation! But all in all, thank you so much for tuning in, I’m grateful you’re here! I appreciate the kind words!
