Meditek has mtk9400 what have 2.6 millions AnTuTu, but because it have Mali video chip, it can't run for example GTA 5, which can run 888 snapdragon, or other like 8 gen2.

It's only recommended for snapdragon. Yea it works better on only snapdragon devices. But you need minimum 700+ for better fps. Minimum 600 series of snapdragon.
