I had to do a double take when I saw your thumbnail. The Park Ranch logo on the chest of that shirt was my grandpa’s cattle brand. Just at a different angle. His initials were PJ. The embroidery turned out great! I’d be nervous doing it in a hurry on a customer supplied item. 😉

Those tails are the same issue I have with my TC1501. I thought it was a trimming issue. I’ll be curious to see what you find out! This drives me nuts too and it didnt used to happen so I’m not sure what has changed.
