honestly, with QoL changes like SWIMMING coming like it should have been at launch, i want mounts to feel... more like a mount. each mount is the same, besides the look, and they still feel so slow. it made the races boring and felt like a chore. this and better jumping / ledge grabs will make the game alot better. its hard to explore when i cant even jump right.

They have the option to, but most won’t. There will be BRAND NEW servers starting the day the game launches that support console-only or cross-play. Existing players cannot transfer there, so everyone on them will be brand new characters starting at level 1

Yes, it's open world PvP, and there's a lot of other PvP modes too. You can see what influence races look like from the video below - it's chaotic and beautiful haha! And it can be a TON of people. Nope! it'll be open, so anyone can join, will just need to download it once it's launched!

It’s the same exact game, they just are rebranding it a b it for the console launch. PC players who have the game and the angry earth expansion will automatically get the “New World Aeternum” update on launch day. You need the angry earth expansion though if you’re going to play on PC. It’s not a “wipe”, but there will be fresh start servers and i believe MOST players (console and PC) will basically start fresh on these new servers to experience the updated game!

There will be MANY new servers. Some of them will be console-only, some will be cross-play servers. You’ll have a handful of options. If you have it now, keep playing and messing around. I think it’ll be worth restarting though personally just because of how great the experience will be with an entire server starting fresh!

You will NOT lose progress if you have the PC version. However, you'll need to make sure you have the Angry Earth expansion to experience the full game on October 15th if you play on PC. If you are planning on buying it on console, it is not cross-progression, which means you would need to start a fresh character on the new platform.

@@jdmithrandir_5702 They've been hyper-focused on revamping the MSQ and leveling experience, so i'm hoping they focus their resources now on new end game content! I plan on starting on a fresh start server anyways to get those fresh vibes and good feels :)

I enjoy the game l, that’s enough for me! Plus with the recent updates it promotes more solo play, so even if I’m the only one in Aeternum I can still have some fun xD Long story short, I get why you and others might be upset with AGS due to lack of updates and bugs and a lot more issues they rose, but IMO the combat in this game is amazing, and I’m very excited for a lively fresh start server to enjoy with some new friends! Thanks for watching the video either way, fingers crossed the game gets some more love down the road!
