I played through the whole msq up through the original campaign (not brimstone). It is MASSIVELY improved! Not only are there characters whose name i actually remember, it also connects the dots in a way that i used to really wish for. All 4 mob types make sense now with how they became to be why they exist in the world. Especially the ancients... the mobs we fight as the ancients aren't even the ancients themselves... they are left behind humans who had given up everything to defend the actual ancient and now they continue to do the same thing in death... guard the ancients artifacts... and we learn a little of what happened to them too... also the rise of the angry earth expansion makes so much more sense now as well. (I haven't played the expansion myself yet on this version but events in the msq make it much more clear)

1. They need to do something about storage... I don't want to constantly have to play the storage game of moving this or finding this, because I can only store a specific weight in any place 2. They need to allow me to smelt, refine resources from ANY storage... because of above, don't want to play the storage game 3. Raid/Wurm needs to cater to all players, not just the top 5% of players that can complete it... Different difficulties and matchmaking 4. Would love to see the reagents added to your character sheet, like gold, transmog tokens are... Frustrating to have to manage weight of those 5. Invasions, Wars need to change for everyone to be a part I don't understand why games make it difficult for you to manage QOL issues. I want to enjoy this game more, combat is great, farming/resources gathering and crafting are top notch makes me sad

This doesn't solve everything but a big house with big storage eventually makes it much less of an issue. My original character had over 5k storage at one town so I could keep most of my crafting mats there

They are usually made so they can sell you the solutions. Which, okay, now where are they on the shop? St this point I’ll gladly pay for several QoL changes.

It’s important when talking about player counts to remember that steam charts doesn’t have console data For the bad I wish text chat went over people’s heads so you knew if someone talking was near you Also needs character appearance editing

There's talk of a barber coming eventually. I think something about it was even datamined at some point... but whether that's 3 months or 2 years out I have no idea. Keep in mind wow took a while to add a barbershop too.

There used to be NPCs that were barbers. They never implemented the functionality and eventually just took the NPCs out of the game.

One thing that really bothers me the third time around is the amount of times I see reused assets. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve said, “Didn’t I do this already” while questing. I still enjoy the game but it feels odd now that I noticed it lol

I like the game as it is, but there are certainly some things id like to see added. They have a good amount of instruments, but i'd like to see even more yet. Banjo, duduk, violin, citar, etc. I think they should have the stories, but have them be sea of thieves style where they arent removed after the event ends.

Barber shop, paid name change, companion npc, unlimited capacity crafting material bag, craftable steampunk mount, stamp game item book where you can see everything you collected and have not collected, ability to click on player and compare game progress and I really love your ideas as well. 😊

I kept crashing Sunday and then I was put in que for most of the day I’m on the IS server on Xbox. I’m still trying to figure things out I finally joined a faction at level 20. But not sure how to advance my professions.

I got 1200+ hours in the original game. I have only ever done 4 dungeons max and don't like them. I also don't do pvp or group with people in general. I like quests and gathering (which i don't sell or anything) just throw in my vault and then throw away or delete when vaults are full). Are there new quests and stuff for folks like me?

Yes to check out all the updates, you’ll be missing some of the content (raids and zone) but if you like your return you can buy just the expansion $30 and get caught up

This game crashes every time I play. Sometimes multiple times. Funny, how I did not experience that when playing the open Beta. Items don’t want to delete and it does not want to check you in at Inns. It won’t recognize that you pressed L1 or R1, PlayStation 5 I am playing on.Last. It not least, this game is pay to win. You can pay for weapon experience and gathering experience. This means you weapon can be stronger earlier and you can craft the best stuff earlier. There are plenty of issues with this game. When the MSQ is done, so am I. I refuse to play a game that makes you pay real money for things that should be in the game and I abhor pay to win.

I don’t think every video needs your message of hope… I like the sentiment and I appreciate how you view aspects of life etc but going from the title of the video we don’t expect a 1/5 of the video or in some prior videos 1/4 of the video being stuff irrelevant to the topic at hand. In regards to the talking points I feel if they put it in too many ways to contribute to something people will find the easier one to do to avoid the larger situation which will affect the larger contribution methods long term so I think for the health of the game it’s better to lock in certain ways of playing and keep it that way,

New World is somehow suffering from a very toxic community on PC. I understand where it comes from (original launch, mixed "approach"+ this update is nothing like Cyberpunk's re-launch, etc,), but still... why are PC players *so* toxic? The problem is: this "relaunch" caused only a minor of PC players to come back to the game. I have no Idea about Xbox/PS new players but it seems that this re-launch does not receive the credits it should have 😞

@@mtae5 it’s increased from original base games price because the $60 aeternum is the base game + the dlc. So you’re saving a few dollars getting that instead of just base game then dlc. I came back to it and the 5 hours I put into it I actually enjoyed. Plan to put more time into it once off work. Understandable waiting for a sale but in my opinion I’d say it’s worth it

You have all resources to yourself, it's much easier to level up trade skills and the market is pretty much full of everything you night need and at low prices thanks to bots. It's not that bad unless you wanna play socially

What we don't like players from Asia is we don't have asia server. Since launch of Aeternum...AU Sydney servers only have 1 server high population...its better they shut it down as only Aus and NZ players are playing. Thank goodness for Throne and Liberty
