New World - BEST Way To Get Expertise Bumps & BiS Gear! No Group Needed! - NERFED Feb 2023

This route takes between 10-15 minutes, depending on your gear. The first 8 chests, at a minimum, should be done every hour until you're gear score is 625, and/or you have a good assortment of BiS gear. Those can be completed in about 5 minutes. They are great for bumps and BiS gear! But expeditions have a higher % rate of bumps than this route does. If you want the a perfect combination of bumps and BiS, this is your best solution.
This video is not intended to help you circumvent expeditions, only to level up your Expertise more efficiently. Everything in this video can be completed by a brand new fresh level 60 with mediocre gear. Looking at you FRESH START! This is also a perfect route for professionals and students that just don't have enough time to commit to expeditions.
I still recommend doing Genesis runs in between chest timers (60 minutes). I also highly recommend you complete every main mission and side mission you can find in Brimstone Sands. They are worth doing!!!

For the last part, instead of dropping down to only one chest at a time, once you've looted one chest, just use unstuck to get back on the previous platform, and get the other chest in one go.

You don’t even need to do that, the ledges next to both chest platforms that he says you can’t jump up to, you actually can, on both sides. My friend told me about it and also believed you couldn’t, until my stubborn self showed him you could. There is a single spot right next to the chest platform that your character will jump up and grab.

That was great, really useful. I did just do the run and for info it definitely is possible to climb up to the last platform after dropping down, you just need to get the camera angle right so you're viewing down onto the whole of the platform you are trying to climb onto. When you can see it all jump and you'll climb up.

This solo run can be extended much further - for those interested, just pull up the new world map in browser or get the Overwolf extension and filter for them - they are all over brimstone and you can basically do continuous sarcophagus openings indefinitely. For the acid ones, use a weapon ability to cleanse (like greatsword's Purifying Roar, ice gauntlet's Cleansing Tomb, etc.), acid tinctures, or make acid gear from chitin or just ignore the acid ones.

If you miss the platforms in the last part and fall all the way down, you can do a quick unstuck and it'll teleport you back to the top

@@TheCreativiZt Right where you show in the video saying you can not jump up there. It is a little finicky. Sometimes I jump jump right up and other times it takes multiple tries but your hands will grab the ledge and pull you up.

"Not sure on the timer" The chests will spawn a mob if the prompt says "Open Sarcophagus". When it spawns the chest will change to "Take grave offerings". As long as it says Take instead of Open it will not spawn additional enemies.

You can jump up to both chests at the end, no matter which one you choose. I do it everyday. No need for unstuck or other stuff. Just run along that wall and continue to push jump. Eventually you will find the sweet spot and your character will climb the wall. You don’t have to pick one.

Apparently this has changed a lot since the video release or there is something weird on Isabella server. Just ran this and the first 2 chests are there, in the next section there is only 1 chest on each side of the road in each of the ruins. The obelisk only has 1 chest now. Dropping down by the eggs and nests to the bottom section, you can now climb up to access the lowest platforms without running around.

The ghosts that come out of the Sarcophagi are much tougher than the ones you fought. Was it changed since you made video? They are silver rare fire ghosts and are not easy for new people to defeat solo.

Hi, you skipped like 7 ancient chests inside wall (entrence is on the left side - if you going from shrine) but you need Glyph from top of the wall to open doors inside) you can gather in extra 5min and they also bump often expertise and if you hit 600 expertise they all drop 590+

Total RNG I know, but it made me think. Ok that's good advice, I'll see what I can find on the trader for some added luck. I've also been saving up for a big house for my 1st house, still working on my 30 territory rep.

Population was already dropping when they took half the chests out of this route the numbers have never went back up. Down to only a few servers. You would think instead of trying to force people to pvp they would fix the game instead of removing things people liked doing.
