New World Bruiser PVP Guide, Tactics & Build | Great Axe & Warhammer

I wanted to make a more detailed breakdown of the bruiser (great axe & warhammer) in OPR. So in this video I come up with a guide and tactics (build at the end) for playing bruiser in OPR. Hopefully you enjoy the bruiser content and I will make more if you want. Thanks for all the support.

Thanks for sharing this, it was a great tutorial for new bruiser like me. Bruiser feels a good performer when you get good healing or you might also have some bruiser teammates that can help balance the damage taken, unfortunately sometimes I feel hopeless when there is no healer on our back or my teammates are mostly dex range roles One question, how did get up to 13k health? With 300 Str and 210 Con I only have around 12k health

YOu get a buff called hale and hearty if you own a house in a region that has that buff. Gives you extra health. Bruiser is rough when you don't have good teammates that is true but then again it's also the class that probably has the biggest impact on battles so I feel it is worth it!

@@pauljee9528 lol assassins are fun and do great work in the backlines. But if you have 10 vs 10 running into each other the bruiser is likely to make a big impact whereas an assassin will get squished like a fragile little bird:)

Would love to see VODs like this but for war where you clap cheeks ina competitive war. These types of breakdowns are what's missing in the NW youtube game.

So that is the plan! I have just joined a guild so should have a lot of war vods coming. But OPR is still good training grounds and a way to get across the complexities of the bruiser. I think people think they just left click but you have to be thinking of so many more things than most other classes have too.

I agree and disagree, advanced mechanics for OPR and war are much different, but the very basics are the same.

pls explain me WHYYY you run refreshing ward istead of shirking fortification or freedom, it's a shit perk dude trust me, 5 shirking + 4 freedom + 5 resilient (or 5 freedom and 4 shirking) is the best choice IN EVERY SCENARIO, also an amulet without stamina recovery it's a 2 perk piece and the last big problem is you can't run a GA without refreshing move.

@@pauljee9528 This one will be we are related in real life haha. I peel for him all the time. All he has to do is breath and I'll suddenly be standing there saying 'everything all good?'. I usually thank him profusely after the OPR but of course all you hear is "I NEED A HEAAAAAAAL'.
