Waiting till end game to level crafts waste a ton of xp and also will make you quit for how boring it is. It's much better and healthier long term to vary your activities if you're someone who gets bored.

But, for efficiency would you not want to reach the minimum character level to be able use the fastest gathering gear, first? That way you can potentially use the gather xp to reach the very last levels while training gather skills. But at a much faster rate because of the better gear.

I did 30 levels today on logging, from 80 to 110 while leveling all other trades, I'm sleepy as hell, the animation is long and I can hear the chopping sound in my ears.

Even the most efficient way of levelling all crafting professions requires over a million iron ingots, let alone coarsed leather and linen. Just making it to Arcana 125 and all others over 100 was a struggle money-wise.

Definitely demoralized me last night. Spent like 20 minutes to get 2.5k fibers and a similar amount of rawhide. Crafted as many course leather boots as I could with that stuff but only got like 15-20 levels in armoring ☺️

No, just play the game and try each. They all have a different feel. I love skinning and hate the rest. Pick the one you enjoy most and works with your playstyle.

Definitely going to save me so much time. I got all my trees spare fishing to 100 just by hard grinding, but i only mined the base level stuff and bought the high their resources because they are currently super cheap on my server. I cant wait till I craft full sets of gear to abuse this, going to make the 100-200 much easier. I'd like to know if there are higher level iron mining areas as the spot near cutlass is always full of competition

I’m 200 on every gather other than fishing. When you push forward it can also add a second chop. 45 is the level to get pure 300 with straight stat and gear to reach 300. Also mine boulders with 300 strengths. Need that stone cutting, boulders are everywhere… aaaaand you get adderstone extra pockets and luck mods

Hey man, love your videos thanks for all the helpful content. Just wanted to point out at the start of the mining info section you said "you have 300 mining with the 25% chance..." I think you mean 300 strength right? About that I had a question: assuming you can only have one 300 stat at a time, should we focus on one skill up to max and then respec attributes to get the bonus for the next one and skill that up to max?

Yes keep one 300 star and focus on that skill as long as you are mentally able, but switch if needed for sanity sake.

The hopping/jumping technique definitely is good for mining. You can insta-mine orichalcum deposits that demons/heralds guard and get the Elite chest below them in Shattered and Great Cleave (Mangled area) that way. Did you plan on making a "past 60" video soon ? I'm doing the 580 gs quests slowly but surely. As a solo player it's a solid grind. I'm curious to know if there's other ways to gear up efficiently. I'll try the Spriggan Arena in Edengrove soon, and got my Lazarus and Garden keystones ready too but I really don't want to venture there undergeared (about 520 global gs right now, couple of 560 pieces). Another content idea: World bosses. We fought Baines in Edengrove yesterday. He's way easier than the Guardian from the main storyline, but didn't drop anything good after 3 tries from a 10 men group. There has to be more world bosses laying around (exluding bosses like the one guarding the doorway between Great Cleave and Shattered, and all the Shattered bosses)

All I've learned about this game from the community is that AGS ignores everything. This along with countless other issues have been in the game and brought up to them though the alpha and betas and they just ignore them. They don't listen to feedback at all and just do whatever if anything at all. And it's usually for the worse.

I press space to cancel instead :) helped a friend level skinning before, pulled alot of pigs/pumas and did aoe DMG on them, then helped skin them to around 90% them press space so he could do the rest for faster XP/leveling

well, your comment does make sense. But, I was assuming it's like it's a critical chance for example 15% crit hit on every attack. And every single attack you make has 15% chance to proc a crit. And every swing you take on a tree lowers the durability of the tree. It's just that, i guess the system treats it like a "new swing on a new tree" if you cancel and swing again at the same tree. In which, this method is taking advantage on the faulty algorithm of the system. But i think it's cool. Although, i'd rather prefer having a proc chance on every swing rather than doing this. Cause sometimes i do semi AFK trading skills like logging and mining for collecting mats. But, it is what it is.

What’s the point to use exploits in game if you want to play it? It doesn’t make any sense! If you want to play the game, do it the way it was intended, not through exploits. Why are you so in rush? The whole purpose of leveling is made for you to explore and put in some effort in leveling your character which gives value to your effort and to each level you reach. Using exploits ruins the experience for you, and sharing them Rouen it for everyone else. If you feel that game is tiresome and you don’t want to play it, why bother then? Quit the game and find something that will give you joy.

Well, ok, but I'm not sure it's relevant : as progression of ressource recolting on a particular node is saved (at least for a time), it is just necessary to apply the chance of one shot on the first hit (or on your first hit on it). If it didn't trigger, then you can cancel as much as you want : next hits won't trigger the chance, and hence it's fixed. It shouldn't be complex to do.
