Yea same here, I’ve had a blast so far leveling my character, I’m getting into atleast 10 open world PvP fights daily while just doing quests or gathering. Looking forward to that PvP island though, hopefully there’s some good small scale fights there too

We are just playing the game, not getting mad. It’s a good game

Bro says the politics of pvp is subtle. Bro me and a duo in a company I was hanging with passed by two yellows. At first we thought they wanted the smoke but they just greeted us and rode by. Let it be a green though and it’s on site. Took a fort then the solo green survivor wanted a duel and my company watched as we fueled with rapiers only.

Why you don't use target lock? That is 100% accuracy and would help both on musket and rapier

My target lock doesn’t work when I’m on a deck or close to a building it’ll go to something further away, maybe that’ why? Idk

@@Whiskey-Sunset developer made unlock on losing line of sight. But it's minor nerf. I think main reason is losing mobility when unlocking target, it's barely noticeable though.

Wish this was my experience. Maybe it's because I'm BEHIND the curve. I hit 20 a couple days ago, joined a faction, got all the good faction gear at level 20, and then couldn't find anyone for a while. Like 45 minutes later a group of 3 high level syndicate players found me and legit chased me FOREVER to kill me lol. Still excited to do some high end pvping :)

i am leevel 65, where i can find open world pvp? i am playing at the most populated serveer, when influence run starts i make pvp faction missions, and there a no pvp, or 1-2 players runing away(

If your on a fresh start server you are a bit ahead of the majority of players right now, you should see many many more people over this next week

There is a lock on system like souls games but it’s not auto aim and doesn’t account for strafing so if you are using bow, musket, etc it will miss unless you lead them like an actual first person shooter. Definitely not auto aim. Bow also has arrow drop so you also have to account for that if you want headshots which give more damage and have skills that increase headshot damage. It’s more like action combat / fps mechanics than auto aim like wow. Hope that helps!

im not sure what happens but once you hit 60-65 pvp gets so fucking bad like you cant kill anyone, i had this experience before as well, most my time was being at 65 and i thought i was just awful at pvp but ive done open world pvp and 3v3's as i leveled and i actually won more than i lost by ALOT im not sure if its the min maxing or what but holy fuck i hate the late lvls of pvp.

i became lvl 65 today and tried OPR. you are right i was not able to damage or kill nobody with my rapier-musket!!! are these not new server players in OPR? what is going on. OPEN WORLD pvp was good though, everybody was on my level just like in video. (is OPR might be cross server? than this should have to get fixed.)

@@9874-l2jopr is cross server and everyone has gear towards damage mitigation. Out in the open world you just have random new players with random gear. In other words OPR is where the sweats are

Opr and arena are cross server, you will meet players who are min maxed mixed with players around the power level of your fresh start server. It's a mixed bag. Hopefully the new MMR system will separate legacy pug-stompers from fresh start enjoyers soon

just upgrade gear and learn how to pvp. its easy to kill someone. if u need help with gear or training, i can help u, im the best 1v1 player in new world, 33+ K/D in OPR.

Unfortunately, OPR is cross server so you are getting mixed with maxed out legacy players.. also the power jump from pre 64 to endgame 65 is huge

Nah this game is mad dead with this Lock on System. I jumped after hearing your hype, finally got to a level where I could Dual my wife, but no matter how hard you true, you cannot dodge medium range arrow shots, they just track you, of you have to use all your stamina just to dodge two arrows, then they confirm the next 6 on you. The skill expression is gone. Fire staff shots can be side stepped. Arrows can't. So what is the point in my using my dash to create distance, when someone can just perfectly aim bot onto me and shiit me even during my dash. There used to be skill expression, now it's just an aim bot fest. This was a waste of my evening.

Not gonna lie mate armor type matters for doge capacity Encumbrance etc. matters as well since encumbrance directly equates for dodge threshold all heavy armor basically means 1 almost 2 dodges unless you pickup your max encumbrance
