is musket hitscan? feel like musket doesnt need a direct nerf, they just need tighten the hitbox so if its not on the player model its a miss (hitbox is very big considering how accurate it is)

Musket is hitscan. As far as I know, the hit box for musket is directly on the player model.

@@slumped7341 is a little more forgiving on the hitbox, tested it in a couple of duels last night. its not as bad as bow where you can outright miss by a mile and it counts but its not as tight as the player model and it has inconsistencies that i couldnt replicate or figure out why a shot would randomly miss in exactly the same place that is giving consistent hits (not on target). does feel like the hitbox has been tightened though since launch. i remember it being similar to the bow where you could just fire in the general direction and connect a hit lol

First I want to say, dude holy shit you're a nightmare. Lol nice job. lastly though,They need to add damage fall off, range cap to musket and an accuracy penalty after a set range. In real life a musket is only accurate to about 140 yards and lethal up to about 200. Doing that would change the game for all musket players with exception to like 5. The author of this video being on of them. Lol.

I agree the dmg could be tweaked. If they change the fall off dmg it will make muskets play closer. Reducing accuracy while moving will only force muskets to sit on rocks. ME nerf already coming too

The range of ranged weapons in nw is so ridiculous stupid imba, like in no other mmo. Thats why it is bowpr and musketcancer. Nw has major balance problems, thats why noone plays pvp.

Люди будут играть так как хотят, ты можешь играть без мушкета. Я с мушкетом играю, так как люблю дальное оружие но пинг не позволяет играть на Луке и Пушке (Пинг: 200-210), так как у одного задержка большая на выстрел, а у другого скиллы долго летят в цель. А мушкет идеален во всем для меня каждый выстрел сразу попадает и скиллы тоже.
