Hey, in the video while describing the ultimate trophy I misspoke, I meant to edit it out, I was trying to explain it, and I meant combat and crafting, but said angry earth and armoring like an idiot.. and it gave the wrong impression, to be clear, its one of each trophy combined to make an ultimate "crafter" trophy or combat.. sorry for that confusion!

A better solution will be if there is an increased limit of trophies in the house. And those that still have T4 give you the option to upgrade them to T5 as it is on PTR but if they give additional benefits, for example 3x Wildlife Combat Trophy T4 give the option to do T5 for 45k gold which gives +16% DMG instead of 15% then everyone would be happy

Like a few other folks have mentioned, the trophy components could be interpreted in 2 different ways. The way you described, or a combination of 1 of each trophy type for a given category (Like Logging+Harvesting+Fishing+Skinning+Mining). Looking forward to find out which it is. I was able to grind enough faction tokens to test out the ultimate combat trophy. It requires 1 of each combat major trophy, ie. corrupted, angry earth, lost, human , ancient, wildlife to combine into 1 ultimate. So if you wanted one for each house it would be 300,000 tokens and 135k coin ! The cap for tokens increases to 150k when you turn in the last faction rep mission. I am assuming it will work the same for crafting and gathering respectively.

Maybe this is a clearer way to explain the ultimate combat trophy would cover ALL combat types so instead of the 6 majors currently you would have 1 combat trophy.

yes I said it poorly, was talking of the top of my head.. ALL crafting trophy's, armor/arcana/eng etc combine to one Ultimate crafting, as do combat and gather

I actually really like that those ultimate trophy's are so expensive. Hope they will do the same with gathering luck and crafting bonus sets so that they become a passive effect after buying a scroll like this.

yes the 5% boost was not working on the quests which already gave fixed xp. maybe it was meant to be like that. and trophy buffs seasonal xp from other things in game. maybe even ags doesnt know how it works xD

Create a problem (trophies) and then charge players to fix the problem you created, sounds just like the gear slot system. Huge money sink for a problem they created. I'm all good with grinding for faction mission tokens, but why does there have to ANY cash required at all.

This is a developers oversight or and intentional oversight to monetize something, that should be already be part of of the original game. I also agree the game is light on monetization, but how about more cosmetics, like weapon and armor skins at a "reasonable price" like other MMO games that I would fully support. Then you have their grossly overpriced Desert Sands Deluxe pack which is almost the price of the game itself a launch, as I said, reasonable.

Overall the best thing they added so far for trophies but If we need 1 of each ultimate trophies per house it will cost a lot of gold to get all of them(405 k).I hope they change that pricing on those...

How I understood it, is the ultimate trophies dont work like the others. We can't stack the same ultimate trophy in each house. We use only 1 to get the combined bonus from the 3 major ones (and thus saving trophy slots in houses), and that's it.

For the Faction Token wise, it may take about 2 weeks of daily bonus Expeditions with x3 600-595 GS bags with Loyalty to get all of legendary components. It's challenging but not too bad imo. Also, the price for these are not too high considering about these items are for the ones who've already gotten almost all of T5 Trophies in their storage. And.. These players have at least 100-300k gold reserve to spend "fancy staff" so.. It's manageable? idk. It's clearly better if the Devs let us hang all of our Trophies in our house ofc but, I'm just appreciate that they are trying to improve QoL someway somehow. Edit: I really hope that we don't need x3 components each for 3 different types

You need 3 combat, 3 gathering and 3 armoring. You don't combine 3 corruption trophies to one like he says in the video. Instead you get one major trophy of all the different combat so lost, beast, ancient, angry, human and angry to combine it to one big 5% damage to all types trophy.

I am not willing to spend the great sums of money to upgrade my trophies to major for the marginal increases they provide. These new high priced ultimate trophies are for the players that have more coin than they know what to do with.

We asked for the possibility to hang all trophies at once or at least change the hanging trophies by remote control. Now we are supposed to grind 900000 Faction Tokens and spend a bunch of gold only to still have no place for the Turkulon Trophy. I can't understand how you accept this as a good solution! I think you misunderstood the ultimate trophy combinations -- I think you need to have one of each max level combat trophy, for example, and combine them all into a single ultimate combat trophy that covers all types.

Nice. Quick question regarding trophy’s. Can you only combine seperate individual trophys into one or can you do the same? Such as 3x major loot luck trophy into one mega loot luck trophy or is it just 1x major loot, 1x armouring, 1x major skinning etc?

This "ultimate trophy" system isnt a solution in my eyes. The cost vs time to switch trophies just isnt worth it. A real non starter IMO. IF (and i do mean if) they make it to where its a one time purchase per trophy category, and then you can combine all of those types. Maybe its worth the price. But to buy 1 mat for each 3 trophies you combine. Absolutely not.

Forcing players to grind gold for Quality of life features and gear is the most boring thing a game can do. I don't mind farming BIS items in PVP/PVE, I don't mind doing a ton of quests for some QOL features, but the gold farming simulator this game is becoming is something I cannot handle

Well everything you do to gain faction tokens takes place in the open world, and its by far easier to level it by truly gathering, this feels more like a catch up mechanic for alts , do your 3 daily faction missions with bonuses on alt, buy some xp, log onto main

@@never_wrong they do, but very little. Pretty much the value of 1-2 faction mission (which you can do significantly faster). Expeditions dont give tokens directly, only through faction mission. Anything other than spamming faction mission in open world is very unefficient way of gaining tokens and the XP gain seems to be very low + there is significant coin cost as well

100,000 faction tokens to unlock / consolidate combat trophies sounds like a great idea....to players who PvP exclusively since PvP is the best and fastest way to get the most of faction tokens. Really not conducive for players who sticky play PvE. Sure, I understand you can accumulate 100,000 token just by conducting the PvE missions, but realistically, that’s a slog fest, way much slower than PvP. Right idea to consolidate trophies, wrong idea going about it. AGS should also consider other avenues to unlock Ultimate Trophy consolidation. I play both PvP and PvE but favor PvE aspect of NW over PvP, so at the PvE level of this idea, it’s going to make majority of players unfavorable of this idea.
