These are extremely unrealistic tests for a drill like that which is what makes this impressive. That drill is great for anyone that's just throwing a pilot bit or countersink on one side and a regular fastener bit on the other for screws up to 3" or so. If I was still at the age where I bought gimmicky stuff like this I would absolutely buy it because it's really not so gimmicky with those capabilities. Too bad I have 27+ drills already lol

He does these unrealistic tests to stress test the tools just to see what they can handle. I agree with you on the head feature, I install cabinets and it would be nice to just switch back and forth from a countersink and a driver bit. My only problem is Im addicted to impact drivers. If one head had an impact mechanism, I would prolly be sold

@@Skwish6952 I'm new to the wonderful world of power tools so if the answer to my question is obvious AF, remember I am a total noob lol Is it theoretically possible to have a power tool like that? Similar setup to this driver but that has a 1/2" drill chuck on one end and an impacting 1/4" hex head collet on the other end? If it is possible, I'm assuming the only reason something that amazing hasn't already been brought to market by a major tool brand is because why make 1 tool that does the job of 2 when you would make more money by making your customers purchase 2 individual tools instead. Gotta love capitalism 😐

I already owned some Worx line of tools especially the Switch Driver but mine is the 1st generation Brush model, I use that tool for Precision works in the jobsite where I need to predrill holes before I put the fasteners because the material will split even when using a expensive screws and fasteners. And I use the worx switch driver for Electrical works, for light carpentry yeah this tool really shines, but for Heavy Carpentry jobs like decking, and light framing (partitions) and installing lags I use impact driver or impact wrench and for concrete drilling I use my old corded Bosch HD18-2 Hammer Drill or my old DeWalt dcd996.

The problem with Worx is nobody doesn't know there why they have variable torque, because from 2 to 11 is doing pretty same work, same problem with any other screwdrivers made by Worx.

Still feel like this is a useless tool it had less torque and rpms that 90% of the drills out there brushed or brushless, the standard is 500 inch pounds 2000 rpms, if you are at menards or where ever you get worx, spend a little more on a skill, masterforce, go to the depot for Ryobi

a pity it cost just as much as makita or milwaukee or dewalt i'd pick that thing up if it was around $75 just to replace my makita !
