1. Yes sorry we ran out of gloves 2. Yes sorry I didn’t clean it or wipe it down good 3. We try to clean the pinch weld as much as possible and we primer or activate with SIKA products even though we use Primerless 2 Glass urethane 4. We do allow the primer to flash for 3 minutes as well as the activator from SIKA.; they provide us with training year to year We pat down the glass to ensure that the urethane adheres well to the pinchweld & ceramic frit. Some like to push it down but this is a method I prefer. Everybody has different practices

Why would you shoot the body the beed goes all the way around shoot the glass use douber to prime the pinchweld all the way around

I’ve seen work on cars where installers shoot on the glass and it is way off on the bottom of the Pinchweld 😂 even when they come from factory from robot machines shooting on glass Everybody has their own style. As long as we’re 100% the customer will be safe in an accident, that’s all that matters to us
