New WSJT-X Super Fox/Hound Mode

Update: You need 2.7.0-rc5 software
K8R in American Samoa is the first DXpedition to use the new Super Fox/Hound mode. The big difference over the previous Fox/Hound mode is that it can work up to 9 stations simultaneously without reducing your receive signal level.
You need WSJT-X version v2.7.0rc5 for this to work.

Another feature is in settings, Behavor. Far Right column, Turn Progress bar RED when TX checked. Bar goes RED, Instead of green. K3whd ~ Rochester,NY

You want to use RC6 -- it fixes some problems with decoding the superfox

I also noticed that when you transmitted the rig frequency changed automatically. Q1 Did you do that by setting “fake it” or setting “rig” in preferences? Q2 did you know to do that because it’s standard procedure for super Fox, or did K8R provide those instructions?

The wide graph only seems to open up to 3000. I don't think it's shifted to a place where it can't be seen. If you're going to upload it to KZbin, you should put it up.

Am i missing something? I thought the beauty of ft8 was that each signal was narrow banded allowing more people to use the spectrum space. Now the fox is sending out a wide signal, raising the overall noise floor. I try to not to transmit on others but with the fox now 1500hz wide I won't have as much space to transmit.

@@waakca you transmit in the other time slot anywhere in the passband. DX stations usually on a non- standard FT8 frequencies.
