I would quite like to know..... why on earth do so any people like to take videos of firework displays?? What is the interest? You go there.... you watch them..... that's it. What is the point?? I don't see any point at all! Just seems very point... less to me! Judging by the whole fiasco, it seems like a lot of you have never seen a single firework before! I don't get it.... why take videos of them?? Just seems very pointless to me. How many times are you going to watch that same fireworks video on your phones.... once, twice, then that's it......done..... over.... kaput!! You won't get to see them again for another year. So why even bother at all?? I just don't get it!

Because they want to keep it as a record. Its normal and its uploaded here because many people didnt see how is it done in different places.

​@ Okay.... fair enough I suppose. But I'm in my early 40s now, and I've seen quite a few fireworks displays thus far. BUT.... that's all they are..... fireworks..... that's all, just a few fancy loud colours showing off in the night sky. They're all the same, every year.... never anything new really. However, having said that, it's just entered my mind.... (for e.g) maybe if someone went to a fireworks display location, and they met up with someone, or someone they hadn't seen in a long time.... they laugh and joke, enjoy the company e.t.c. So you like to take a video of it to look back on that memory with those people. Sounds like it might be something that happens in life. So, fair enough I guess.
