Bonne Annee a tous deux , Yes I have had the same experience with flight delays which lead to not connect with all our other travel plans so hence we had to stay in a hotel and redo our travel plans which in the end cost more money. So as we always travel at the Christmas period and now we travel direct. What a nuisance with the bed Fern hopefully you will get one soon😘

Same thinhg happened to my sister. She had a 2 hour delay from Mallorca to Stanstead and because of the fog the next flight was a bit delayed too but they didnt let her check her bag in as it was closed. She had to queue up at Ryanair Customer Service while my son who was travellng with her and was just carrying a backpack had to go and get the flight leaving my sister behind at the info desk. When she finally spoke to someone, he didnt help at all, saying sorry can only help if you are 3 hours delayed !! and to book a flight the next day she had to pay an extra 100 pound. Ryanair do not put your case on the next flight either. You have to collect and go through security again ! She then had to try and find a Hotel to stay over . After calling several she eventually got one but had to pay 56 pound in taxi fare to get there. A nightmare for any traveller . shame it happened to you too. Soyez patiente, tout arrive à qui sait attendre. Bon courage.

We feel your frustration with the flight situation, especially after having enjoyed a lovely christmas with family. Just want a relaxed flight back really. I know this might grate but please, please both of you get on with learning French. It's extremely serious that you do. Both for your work, for your kids, for EMERGENCIES, and also for your channel. Forgive me for saying this, but after a year of being on KZbin, it would've boosted your channel if you had learnt enough French to be conversational and get about more. This way we'd be able to see that you are assimilating into the culture. At the moment I'm afraid your channel has slipped into an extremely personal homey channel. So you could very well still be back home. There isn't anything that stands out about it that suggests that you are living in France at all. Do us Northerners proud and go for it, and assimilate into French culture. You don't have to stop being British. But please don't live like old colonialists did. They were very insular. You are a very beautiful woman. If most of us had your looks and were living in France and had a youtube channel, then oh-la-la! We'd be showing a lot more of France and French culture, with French people in the videos too. So get on with it! Tu peux le faire! 👍

Unfortunately, there are too many vlogs with British people like you and not trying to integrate in French culture. . @@Martine-xs5zd It's a real shame that we don't represent our culture well when we live outside of the UK. Living in a country for 3-4 years is a very long time to still not be conversational. Conversational doesn't mean that you have to be intellectually brilliant in your delivery, but it certainly means that you can comfortably express yourself fluently in a basic conversation, even if you make a few minor errors. Assimilating into other cultures and learning languages is a British problem that goes all the way back to empire. Because we have never been forced to adopt another culture, or been forced to learn even Welsh or Gaelic.When actually we/Brits should be fluent in Welsh, and Scottish Gaelic, because Wales and Scotland are part of Britain! There is no Britain without those two important countries and Northern Ireland. So why do those three nations speak English, and yet we don't speak any of their languages? It's absurd. My apologise for a long comment, but I really hang my head in shame for us Brits.

The two of you are so lucky to have met each other when young. Questions; Do you sometimes wonder if you over indulge your children? I ask this in all sincerity when looking back over my own child rearing journey. I also wonder if they have such things as maintenance fees for these type of communities in France and, I guess just how they're managed. Here we have dreaded Condo Boards that generally are border line ethical, are self serving and like to keep fellow Condo owners in leashes lol. Love watching your show and I think it's mostly because of the high standards you set and the love and care you have for your family, and also how you honestly and consciously keep the show on the road, so to speak and moving steadily forward..... ♥️🇨🇦

It would be more sensible to travel to England light with space to bring extra things back. It's always a good idea to weigh your bag if you think it might be heavy. That's because it is. She started lifting every track from a small channel called The Eaves Drop London, after they got in touch with Ryan on his instagram. If he'd got back in touch, they were going to enquire about work to a couple of chateaux they were buying in France. Funny thing is that they/TEDL were approached to get massive promotion and launch a big channel about working on their property and other ideas with their mate photographer Justine de Villeneauve, Bernie Eccleston and a load of other people from all over. Which wuda been a great opportunity for Ryans company if he'd agreed to work with them. That would've been huge promotion and mega bucks. Instead he told the missus, and she started pilfering the music and the filming style from TEDL channel. Anyway TEDL apparently turned down the offer, and deleted their channel on KZbin and started somewhere else.They weren't mad about this platform, so they split. I see them from time to time when I'm in France and we keep them up to date with youtube. They think it's very funny. But yeah, that's where she copied a lot of the music from, and the style. I actually don't understand what the angle of this channel is. They could be in Bradford or Lincoln. It wouldn't make a difference. Learning French and speaking it is a basic requirement if they're advertising living in France. Phew Nous avons un problem!
