Cardio, mobility, strength, flexibility.... I like KZbin channel Bodyfit by Amy. She has 5 min, 10, 20, 30,35min workouts. When I'm short on time I can squeeze a 10 minute workout. There are plenty of options to choose from. 🙌

Ok…I am doing it! I am going to do the 30 day trial!🎉 I started walking 100 miles a month in November, which I am continuing in my goals for the next year. But I know I need strength training too. I love that there is a printable checklist!!!😂💪🏻🏋🏻♀️
