As someone who use to play Traptrix with Kashtira, it actually hurts the deck more than helps. It makes you far more vulnerable to Niberu and the deck does not need access to Rank 7s. Same with Shifter, Traptrix "can" use it, but it is a far more potent deck with being able to use GY effects. Going first, you should at least end on Sera + Rafflesia and a couple of set Traps. Ideally, you should end on Sera + Rafflesia + Pudica + Arachnocampa + Field Spell + 2 to 3 set Traps, to have layered interaction. Running minimal Trap Holes is not helping you either, as it hurts the follow up with the deck. You really want to be getting multiple activations of Gravedigger's, as it allows you to soften up the opponent before winning in a simplified game state. As you said yourself, you misplayed at a critical moment. Take the time to learn the combos, as the deck plays on a much different axis than most modern decks. You have to think about your follow up, setting up your next turn, and getting the most value out of your cards (not just using Floodgate on an opponent you know has access to a tribute summon before they use it). I would run 2-3 Gravedigger's, 2 Floodgate, 1-2 Nightmare, and 0-1 Banishing, based on what you are seeing the most. Banishing hits a lot of meta starter and extension, taking them out of the game. Traptrix requires a lot of game knowledge, but if piloted correctly, can be a very rewarding and powerful deck.

Lose the Kashtira, triple up on gravediggers and floodgate, play banishing/bottomless and two chain hole. Cut the shifter too.

I strongly disagree. Edit: playing only 2 fenrir should be better than the whole thing hes running. 2 gravediggers on main deck and 1 on side has been, and will always will be stronger than 3 on main. Chain hole should ALWAYS be at one, theres no real reason you should need 2 of them, if you do, you're missing the whole point of the deck IMO. Banishing is very strong, should be played. Bottomless is format-dependent, and im not sure if its good rn. And yeah, cut the shifter man, at least put it on the side smh
