I love Ultima! Been on that product for 3-4 years and it makes me feel so good. If I forget to drink it in the am I feel lethargic tbh. Love the routine, I also lose my motivation at night and tend to do my extra stuff in the morning as well. Ice rollers are absolutely lux ❤❤

Hey Lauren, Happy Sunday. I can’t believe 2025 is only 2 days away, this year has flown by. 😮 Viatmins is a daily habit that we all should get into, it helps prevent sickness. I take my vitamins every day and it helps me stay healthy. My comfort combination for the winter is a pair of sweat pants, a t-shirt, and my fuzzy socks. I enjoy scheduling out my day/week with my priorities. 😊🥰

Hey girl ❤ just with your front rack slit squat form, you need to turn your grip around and rest the bar on your collar bones with wrists flexed backwards and elbows forward. It’s the clean position used in weightlifting. If you search front squat form in here you’ll find some videos. I would hate for you to be putting stress on your lower back by doing it like this 💕🫶🏼

I could never crate my dog. I know everyone is different but how do people sleep while they lock their dogs in a cage :(

Safety!! The dog could get into something or hurt itself. Crates are great tools to have, my dog goes into her crate to nap without being told. They chew their bones in there and sometimes just chill. If a medical emergency happens and you need to crate them for transportation they won’t be scared

@ I find it so interesting the things people come up with to make themselves feel better about crating their dogs. You can train your dog do you don’t have to lock them up in a cage. I had my dog since he was a puppy and didn’t crate him once. I trained him to let me know when he has to go out. He roams the house when I’m not there and is fine. Again I know people are different. I have friends who also crate their dog but I just wouldn’t do it. Lauren also locked it like it was jail. My friends crate them but leave it open for them.
